⚖️ GK SMTP Pro – Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using GK SMTP Pro (“the Plugin”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may uninstall the plugin immediately.

2. License

GK SMTP Pro is distributed under the GPL v2 or later license.
You may use, modify, and redistribute it as permitted by the GNU General Public License, provided that attribution to the author remains intact.

3. Use of the Plugin

You agree to use the plugin only for lawful purposes, including but not limited to:

Sending legitimate transactional or contact form emails

Maintaining compliance with anti-spam and privacy laws applicable in your country

You may not use the plugin to:

Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)

Transmit malware or malicious code

Bypass provider rate limits or violate third-party service terms

4. Service Connectivity

Some functions (e.g., OAuth setup) require temporary connection to connect.govindak.com.np for token verification.
No email data or content is stored on that service. The connection exists solely for secure handshakes.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

GK SMTP Pro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all hosting environments or plugins.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the developer or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the plugin.

You assume full responsibility for configuring SMTP credentials securely and ensuring compliance with your email provider’s policies.

7. Updates and Support

We may provide plugin updates for security, performance, and feature improvements.
Free email support is available for licensed or verified installations.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the plugin at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend support for users who misuse the plugin or violate these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Kathmandu District Court.
